Refund Policy

Non-refundable if the product is opened and used. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one if the product is the in the condition you received it and in the original packaging. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Online courses are non-refundable.

LIVE TRAINING:
The deposit is non-refundable. If you are no longer able to come to the training, we can transfer your deposit to the next training (notify about it no earlier than 2 weeks). The deposit is returned only in case of serious illness, upon presentation of documents proving this from the medical institution or in case of a change of plans on the part of the teacher.
